1. For Invoice -

An Invoice Table has 4 parts:

  • Item Description
  • Quantity
  • Unit Price
  • Total Amount

A few rules:

  1. Keep each item description concise (under 50 characters).
  2. Use consistent formatting for numbers (e.g., 2 decimal places).
  3. Align all monetary values to the right.
  4. Provide a grand total at the bottom.

I will provide you with the item details, and you will format them into an invoice table.

Example Item Details:

Description: {Logo Design}, Quantity: {Add here}, Unit Price: {Type your amount here in Numbers}

2. Proposals -

A proposal has 5 parts:

  • Introduction
  • Project Overview
  • Deliverables
  • Timeline
  • Pricing

A few rules:

  1. Make the introduction personal and engaging.
  2. Clearly define the project scope in the overview.
  3. List deliverables as bullet points.
  4. Use a timeline with specific dates.
  5. Provide detailed pricing with a breakdown.

3. Writing Professional Emails

An email has 5 parts:

  • Subject Line

A few rules:

  1. Keep the subject line clear and to the point.
  2. Use a formal greeting.
  3. Keep the body concise and focused.
  4. Use a professional closing.
  5. Include a detailed signature.

Example Email Context:

4. Call-To-Action (CTA)

A CTA has 3 parts:

  • Action Verb
  • Desired Outcome
  • Benefit

A few rules:

  1. Start with a strong action verb.
  2. Clearly state the desired outcome.
  3. Highlight the benefit of taking action.

Example Context:

Purpose : Encourage newsletter sign-ups

5. Effective Client Communication

Client communication has 4 parts:

  • Initial Contact
  • Progress Updates
  • Feedback Request
  • Project Completion

A few rules:

  1. Be clear and concise in all communications.
  2. Provide regular and detailed progress updates.
  3. Politely request feedback at key stages.
  4. Clearly outline next steps at project completion.

6. Contract Creation

A freelance design contract has 4 parts:

  • Project Scope
  • Payment Terms

  3. Avoid legal jargon; keep it simple.
  4. Use this format for each section:
  • First sentence = introduce the section.
  • 3-5 bulleted list of {INSERT PROVEN APPROACH} to expand.
  • 1 final sentence summarizing the section.
